Precision Imaging Partners is seeking a Radiology Receptionist to join our busy and well-established clinic in Erina. This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a collaborative team that values quality patient care, professional growth, and a positive workplace culture.

As our clinic continues to evolve, including the recent addition of a new MRI system and expanded development opportunities for our imaging team, we're looking for a motivated Radiology Receptionist who enjoys working within a supportive workplace and is keen to continue developing their skills.

As a Medical Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for patients and play a key role in delivering exceptional service. This position requires a high level of professionalism, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a agile clinical setting. You'll work alongside an experienced team and benefit from their consistency and stability.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

• Providing outstanding service both on the phone and in person when greeting patients.

• Managing patient bookings efficiently and ensuring smooth patient flow.

• Maintaining accurate and confidential patient records.





• Multitasking and problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.

• Communicating clearly and professionally with patients, referrers, and clinical staff.

• Supporting the clinical team with general administrative tasks as required.
