We are seeking a qualified with:
Demonstrated success in new business acquisition within the construction or building products industry.
A proven record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
Established experience engaging with builders, developers and construction decision-makers.
A proactive and disciplined approach to prospecting, including cold calling and direct customer acquisition.
The ability to operate independently, manage priorities and take full ownership of results.
Strong interpersonal skills, skilled presentation and a high level of personal accountability.
Previous experience in windows, doors, glazing or related building products will be highly regarded.

This is a recent business acquisition role, not an account management position. Applicants must be comfortable initiating contact with prospective customers and consistently developing their own sales opportunities.
