As Retail Supervisor your responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Establishing and maintaining good customer relationships through clear and concise communication, comprehensive and reliable product knowledge, and use of initiative.
The ability to maximise sales prospects, by working with the management to coach, develop, and provide feedback to other team members

Working closely with the management to ensure:
The control and accuracy of inventory
Supervision of maintenance and presentation of yard
Ensuring staff refill and monitor stock from storeroom, storeroom to always be neat and tidy, stock to always be clearly on display
Implement and enforce store policies and procedures
Assist with the sourcing, selection and purchasing of new and existing product lines,



working with both current and established suppliers to maintain a competitive and relevant product range and help position the Company at the forefront of the garden and landscaping industry.

As Admin Support your responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Answering phones and responding to customer enquiries
Assisting in stock pricing and maintaining accuracy of inventory
Performing a broad range of administrative tasks necessary for the effective delivery of operations ie. updating processes and procedures, updating pricelists, creating, and updating product signage
Processing of creditor orders through TOWERS
Processing of new products and pricing through towers

As a Stonehenge Team Member your shared responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Processing retail and wholesale sales and invoicing through our POS system
Preparing and finalising customer orders and logistical coordination
Cleaning and preparing landscape displays and yards
Forklift loading and unloading where necessary
