We’re a small, hardworking metal fabrication business in Penrith with a big personality, and we’re hunting for an Admin/Operations Manager who can keep the wheels turning, the jobs flowing, and MJS out of chaos. - What You’ll Be Wrangling
Our phone line
Managing schedules so everyone knows where they’re meant to be
Communicating with staff (and occasionally herding them)
Submitting Safety Paperwork with clients like a compliance champion
Ordering consumables before anyone panics
Inputting timesheets and tracking expenses
Preparing invoices
Preparing quotes
Keeping our test & tag equipment up to date (training provided, if required)
