With rising fuel costs to say the least, our client is seeking motivated and skilled Administration and Customer Liaison Officers to join their dynamic dealership teams across Perth for immediate starts.

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and schedule vehicle deliveries in line with customer expectations and operational timelines
Conduct the final quality check to ensure the car has been prepared to customer specifications prior to delivery, including detailing, accessories, registration, and PD checks.
Hand over to Sales Consultant for Delivery
Prepare and verify all delivery documentation, including contracts, registration, insurance, and finance-related paperwork are in the deal pack
Maintain accurate records within dealership management systems (DMS)




Assist customers throughout the delivery process as required

Strong organisational and time-management skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
High attention to detail and accuracy
Customer-focused mindset with a professional presentation
Ability to manage multiple deliveries simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
Problem-solving skills with a proactive approach

Experience & Qualifications
Previous experience in the automotive industry (preferred but not essential)
Experience in customer service, logistics, coordination, or administration roles
Familiarity with dealership management systems (DMS) is an advantage
Current driver’s licence (essential)
