About the Role

As a Customer Service Administrator, you’ll be a key point of contact for customers throughout their solar installation journey. Your role is to ensure clear communication, accurate administration, and a smooth experience from sale to installation.

What the role involves :
Managing customer communication and enquiries
Coordinating timelines, updates, and workflow
Preparing and updating administrative documents
Supporting customers with a calm, empathetic and solution‑focused approach
Working alongside an experienced, supportive team
Receiving on‑the‑job training specific to the solar industry

About You

Previous customer service or administrative experience

Explicit written and verbal communication

Strong organisational and time‑management skills

Calm, positive and solutions‑focused approach

High attention to detail

Eager to learn and grow
