About the Role Are you handy with tools and looking for a quick-paced role in manufacturing? We are seeking a hardworking Factory Labourer to join our production team. You’ll be right in the thick of it, supporting the fabrication of high-quality aluminium windows and doors.

What You’ll Be Doing :
Fabrication Support : Assisting our experienced fabricators in the assembly of aluminium frames and glass.
Machine Operation : Learning to operate specialised machinery, including saws and CNC machines .
Tool Work : Using a variety of power tools and hand tools to ensure a precision finish.
General Labour : Keeping the factory floor running smoothly, including material handling and site tidying.

What We’re Looking For :
Tool Skills : You’re comfortable and protected using power tools and basic machinery.




Reliability : You show up on time, ready to work, and follow safety procedures to the letter.
Physical Fitness : This is a hands-on role that requires being on your feet and handling materials throughout the day.
Team Player : You take direction well and are happy to jump in wherever the team needs you.
