We are seeking a reliable and friendly team member to support the general operations of our sports centre during quieter periods. This role involves some customer service, cleaning, and hands-on setup/pack-up of inflatables and other equipment.

Key Responsibilities Activity & Equipment Setup
Set up and pack down inflatables, and sports equipment safely.
Conduct basic safety and condition checks and report any issues to management.

Cleaning & Maintenance
Maintain a clean, tidy, and protected setting across inflatables, courts, party rooms, and common areas.
Assist with routine cleaning tasks such as sweeping, wiping equipment, and general upkeep.

Front Desk & Customer Service
Perform mínimal reception duties , including:
Lending equipment to customers
Viewing and understanding calendar bookings :
Using the Point of Sale (POS) system to process straightforward sales




Offer polite and helpful customer service to families and visitors.

Skills & Attributes
Friendly, approachable, and willing to help where needed.
Comfortable with hands-on tasks, including lifting and moving equipment.
Able to work independently during quiet periods.
Basic computer skills (training provided).
Good communication and reliability.

Hours
Friday Mornings (~10am-1pm)
Friday Evenings (~8pm-12am)
Sunday Evenings (~5:30pm-10pm)
Mondays (~11am-4pm)
