About the Company

Little Creatures Brewery is a popular craft brewery, restaurant, and tourism venue in Fremantle, operating as part of Lion (Kirin Group), known for its vibrant hospitality and visitor experience.

What You’ll Do?
Greet and welcome guests on arrival
Manage reservations, walk-ins, and table seating
Assist with event and function bookings
Provide information on menus, beers, and tours
Support bar and floor teams during busy periods
Process payments and handle basic cash tasks
Resolve guest issues quickly and professionally
Maintain a clean and organised front desk area
Coordinate with kitchen, bar, and management teams

What We’re Looking For :
Experience in hospitality, reception,



or customer service
Solid communication and people skills
Friendly, energetic, and customer-focused attitude
Ability to work in a busy, fast-paced venue
Basic booking system or computer skills
Availability for evenings, weekends, and public holidays
Robust teamwork and multitasking ability
