Applications are invited from suitably qualified persons to fill a permanent, part time position of Administration Officer at the Canberra Office.
The position is for 4 hours per day, 5 days per week with the possibility of increasing in the future. Key Responsibilities :
The successful applicant will be responsible for providing high-quality administrative support, including:
Managing office correspondence and initial enquiries
Booking client transports
Placing client orders
Assisting with data entry, record keeping, and filing
Assisting with recruitment
Maintaining office and field supplies
General administrative duties e.g. filing

Selection Criteria :
Proven experience in office administration or a related field.
Solid organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic understanding of Support at Home and NDIS programs.

Demonstrated high level verbal and written communication skills, including familiarity with, and confidence in using, the Microsoft Suite

NDIS Worker Screening Clearance / Criminal Record Check
Previous experience in the community care or health/aged care sector (preferred)
