Redpath Australia is seeking a Paste Engineer to join our team at Cowal Gold Operations. You will design, plan and optimise paste fill and backfill systems to support protected underground mining operations.

This is a hands-on site-based role working with paste crews and operational teams to develop fill strategies, monitor performance and troubleshoot issues, with a focus on improving backfill processes and mining outcomes.
