The Queensland Government, Central West Hospital and Health Service, is seeking a clinical co-ordinator to implement the Zero Suicide in Healthcare Framework across Central West. You will work directly with staff and coordinate Aftercare services in collaboration with the NGO provider and Western Queensland PHN.

The role focuses on clinical co-ordination, brief clinical interventions, integrated referrals, and escalation pathways for Aftercare.
