We're looking for a friendly, enthusiastic and reliable person to join our team as a Casual Front Desk Receptionist. As our Front Desk Receptionist, you'll be the first point of contact for our members and visitors, helping create a positive and welcoming gym environment. Your responsibilities will include:



Welcoming members and visitors to the gym Assisting with membership enquiries and sign-ups Answering phone calls and emails Providing friendly customer service Helping with general reception and administrative duties Keeping the reception area clean and organised and mopping bathrooms and general duty cleaning Supporting the team with daily gym operations Who We're Looking For

Friendly, approachable and confident speaking with people Reliable, punctual and responsible Enjoys working with people and as part of a team Has an interest in health and fitness Willing to learn and take initiative University students studying fitness, sport or related fields are encouraged to apply No previous experience is required. Full training will be provided. Working Hours & Pay

Casual position - 10 hours per week Monday: 6:00 pm - 9:00 pm Tuesday: 6:00 pm - 9:00 pm Saturday: 10:00 am - 2:00 pm
