Client Services Officer / Client Services Manager (Wealth Management)

Our client is a highly regarded Wealth Management and Financial Planning firm based in the Perth CBD, providing tailored financial advice and investment solutions to high-net-worth individuals, families, and sophisticated investors.

Working alongside experienced Financial Advisors and Directors, you will play a critical role in ensuring a seamless client experience while supporting the delivery of high-quality financial advice to a sophisticated client base.

Key Responsibilities
Provide ongoing support to Senior Financial Advisors and Directors
Deliver exceptional customer service and assist with client enquiries
Prepare for client review meetings and new client appointments
Data gathering and client investment/product research
Implement advice documentation and administrative processes
Maintain the Xplan client database, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and integrity of information
Coordinate client onboarding and ongoing service activities
Build and maintain robust relationships with high-net-worth clients
Assist with maintaining regulatory and compliance requirements
Support the team in delivering a premium client experience at every stage of the client journey

To be successful in this position, you will demonstrate:




Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Exceptional customer service and relationship management abilities
A highly organised, procedure-driven approach to your work
A professional demeanour with a positive, enthusiastic, and hardworking attitude
Experience within a Financial Planning, Wealth Management, Private Banking, or Financial Services environment is highly regarded
Experience with Xplan is preferred
The ability to work confidently with qualified and high-net-worth clientele
