Magic Eden is seeking an HR Operations Lead to own the day-to-day people operations for a globally distributed team. You'll manage onboarding, offboarding, HRIS (Rippling) and an EOR workforce (Deel), reporting to the COO and partnering with Recruitment, IT and Finance.

This hands-on role offers a explicit path to scaling our HR function, handling sensitive matters with discretion, aligning payroll with finance, and shaping processes across US, UK and Australia while embracing AI-driven automation.
