The Fair Work Ombudsman is seeking an experienced criminal investigator and leader to join the Office of the Fair Work Ombudsman’s Criminal Investigations Branch as an Assistant Director – Criminal Investigations.

You will lead a small team, provide operational and technical leadership on complex cases, and help prepare briefs of evidence for potential referral to the CDPP. The role offers prospects to develop investigators and strengthen investigative practice within the Branch.
