We are seeking an Organisational Change Manager to lead the people side of change within a complex delivery workplace.

Key responsibilities
Develop change strategies, stakeholder engagement and communication plans.
Conduct change impact, readiness and training needs assessments.
Support leaders and teams through organisational and technology change.
Monitor adoption, address resistance and embed sustainable outcomes.

Skills & experience
Proven experience delivering organisational change across complex programs.
Knowledge of structured change methodologies, such as ADKAR or equivalent.
Experience developing communications,



training and change assessment materials.
Robust stakeholder management, facilitation and communication skills.

Security Clearance: Current NV1, NV2 or TSPV clearance is strictly required
