What you’ll do

Prepare and cook consistent, high-quality pub meals through busy service





Take responsibility for your section, from preparation through to pack-down

Keep food quality, presentation and timing on track

Work closely with the Head Chef and kitchen team to keep service moving

Follow food safety and hygiene standards and keep your workspace clean and organised

What we’re looking for

Qualified Chefs or Cooks with relevant commercial kitchen experience

Experience preparing and cooking through busy service, with high-volume experience valued

Confidence working in your section and a willingness to learn others

Robust organisation and pride in the food you serve

A reliable approach, dependable transport and willingness to support your teammates

Availability across prep, lunch and dinner shifts, including weekends and public holidays
