Leo’s Truck & Trailer Repairs is looking for a reliable, organised and hardworking Admin / Parts Runner to join our busy truck and trailer repair workshop in Wetherill Park.
This is a hands-on role suited to someone who is organised, reliable and comfortable working in a fast-paced workshop environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Administration
Answering phone calls and responding to customer enquiries
Assisting with invoices, estimates and general paperwork
Entering and updating customer and vehicle information
Ordering parts and following up with suppliers
Assisting with general office and workshop administration
Communicating with mechanics, suppliers and customers
Discretion and confidential handling of private business information
Parts Runner
Picking up parts from suppliers and delivering them to the workshop
Dropping off and returning parts when required
Checking parts against invoices and orders
Ensuring the correct parts are collected and delivered
Loading and unloading parts safely
Keeping track of parts and deliveries
Assisting mechanics with sourcing parts when required
ABOUT YOU
We are looking for someone who is:
Reliable and punctual
Organised and able to multitask
Confident communicating with customers and suppliers
Comfortable using a computer and basic office systems
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Physically capable of lifting and moving parts when required
Has a current driver's licence
Has a good driving record
Able to work in a busy workshop environment
Mechanically minded or familiar with trucks/vehicles (preferred but not essential)
EXPERIENCE
Previous experience in administration, automotive parts, a mechanical workshop or a similar role is preferred but not essential.
The right person will be reliable, willing to learn and have a strong work ethic and positive attitude.
