We are seeking experienced trade staff working across commercial renovations, maintenance, repairs, and minor/major projects throughout Metro Sydney.

The role requires a skilled commercial carpenter / all-rounder with strong problem-solving ability and a high standard of workmanship. Applicants must have their own reliable work vehicle and essential carpentry tools.

Job Duties:
Carry out maintenance, repairs, and refurbishment works on existing commercial buildings.
Deliver high-quality workmanship in line with building codes, Australian Standards, and company procedures.
Interpret and work from plans, drawings, and specifications.
Safely and efficiently use carpentry methods, tools, and equipment.
Install, repair, and maintain structural and finishing components such as doors, partitions, framing, and general building elements.
Communicate effectively with supervisors, clients, and other trades on site.
Maintain a clean, secure,



and organised work setting.

Experience:
Proven experience as a commercial carpenter (typically 3–5+ years)
Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team
Previous experience working on active commercial sites such as schools ideal but not a necessity
Ability to operate carpentry tools and power tools safely and confidently
Robust attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work

Qualifications
Certificate III in Carpentry (or equivalent trade qualification).
Current White Card (Construction Induction).
Valid driver’s licence.
Working With Children Check and Police Check (or willingness to obtain)

Job Types: Full-time, Subcontract

Pay: From $55.00 per hour
