We’re looking for a Dental Assistant or Receptionist to join our team. Depending on your experience and interests, you may focus on the front desk, work chairside, or enjoy a mix of both. Full-time, 38 hours per week Saturday half-days required At the front desk

Greeting and checking in patients with warmth and professionalism Managing the appointment book and patient records Processing payments and health fund claims,



and answering enquiries Assisting the dentist across a wide range of procedures Preparing treatment rooms and instruments, and maintaining sterilisation standards Looking after patients before, during and after their appointment About you

Dental reception or assisting experience (12+ months preferred, but we’ll train the right person) Warm, patient-focused, with outstanding communication skills Calm and organised in a busy practice Reliable, team-minded and keen to learn Full working rights in Australia What you’ll get
