Responsibilities: Provide daily support to residents, including personal care, meal preparation, and medication assistance.

Encourage residents to achieve personal goals and maintain independence within the community.

Create a protected and respectful setting, upholding each resident's dignity and rights.

Work collaboratively with families and healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation in compliance with industry standards.

Qualifications: Education : Diploma in Community Services or equivalent.

Certifications : Current First Aid and CPR certificates.

Experience :



Minimum 2 years' experience in residential or aged care support.

Skills : Excellent communication skills, empathy, and adaptability to diverse needs.

Salary & Contract: Competitive salary: $80,000 - $40,000 per year.

A secure full time position based in our Fairfield or Liverpool care homes, NSW.

Work Location: On-site at Liverpool or Fairfield, NSW.
