About the Role

This position is

specifically for sleepover shifts , providing overnight support to participants in their homes.

As a Disability Support Worker, you will provide person-centered support to individuals living with a disability, helping them achieve their goals at home . You will assist with:

Personal care and daily living tasks

Medication support

Emotional and wellbeing support

Overnight support during sleepover shifts (active support if required)





We have positions available across the Gold Coast, including roles in Upper Coomera, Coomera and Pimpama.

About You

A caring and compassionate nature – You’re patient, empathetic, and a outstanding communicator

Availability specifically for sleepover shifts

A current Australian driver’s license & reliable vehicle

Current First Aid & CPR qualifications

Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability) or equivalent experience

NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain one) & Working With Children Check

Basic computer skills – Ability to document accurate shift notes and incident reports
