We are seeking an experienced, motivated and customer-focused Restaurant Manager to lead the team at Red Rooster Warrawong.

The successful candidate will have strong leadership and communication skills, experience in restaurant or quick-food operations, and the ability to manage daily store operations efficiently.

Key qualities and responsibilities include:
Previous experience in restaurant or quick-service food management.
Ability to lead, train and supervise team members.
Managing staff rosters and daily operations.
Maintaining food safety, hygiene and workplace health and safety standards.
Monitoring stock, ordering supplies and controlling costs.
Delivering excellent customer service and handling customer enquiries.
Managing sales targets and supporting business performance.
Ability to work adaptable schedule, including weekends and public holidays.

We are looking for someone with strong organisational skills, a positive attitude and the ability to work independently while leading a team.

Pay: $79,999.00 – $85,999.00 per year
