Brightwater Care Group Ltd. is seeking an experienced Injury Management Partner to lead injury management initiatives within our Safety & Health team.

You will partner with leaders across the business to drive prevention, recovery and protected return-to-work outcomes, while advising on workers' compensation claims and rehabilitation programs. You will develop proactive injury prevention strategies, manage complex claim processes, and ensure compliance with WA WHS requirements.
