We’re Rollability, a tight-knit support agency that rolls a little differently. We’re growing and looking for a passionate support worker who is driven to help participants work towards their goals.

What the role involves:
We provide tailored support based on each participant’s individual needs, goals and hobbies. This could include:
Building skills and independence: mentoring, and help with finding and keeping a job
Daily living: support with tasks like cleaning and grocery shopping
Social and community participation: helping participants connect with their community and try recent things

As well as one-on-one support, we also run group activities. One day you might be supporting a participant at a Dungeons and Dragons group, and the next you might be taking someone grocery shopping. No two supports are the same.

What we’re looking for:
Willing to travel to Ellenbrook, Swan View and Bassendean
A current driver’s licence, reliable car and comprehensive car insurance
Experience working with NDIS participants
Calm, patient and a steady, reassuring presence
Adaptable, reliable and creative
Solid problem-solving skills
A mix of relaxed and goal-driven,



so you can keep things fun while helping participants make real progress
This role is open to female applicants only, as our participant has asked for a female support worker.

Pay and perks:
Casual role, paying $31.76 to $41.76 per hour
12% superannuation
Travel reimbursed while on shift

Experience supporting people with Autism is highly regarded.
