The Meat & Wine Co Barangaroo is looking for experienced and dedicated bar staff to become part of our skilled and hard-working team.

The Role:
Bar operations - including cocktail making, dispense bar, spirits, tap beer and coffee making skills
Proven ability to recommend wines to guests and able to upsell through a large wine list
An understanding of bar procedures and processes, including stock takes, set-up and pack down and cleaning roster
Contribute a positive influence to an cutting-edge and vibrant team culture

You:
A passion for people and providing unforgettable guest experiences
Previous a la carte experience
Basic cocktail and coffee knowledge
A current valid RSA
Advanced communication skills
Impeccable presentation, hygiene and grooming standards
A willingness to undergo further training and development
Flexible availability over a 7 day rotating roster
