Love fragrance, connecting with people and making a sale? Join WHO IS ELIJAH and represent our independent Australian fragrance brand across Sephora stores in Sydney.

We’re looking for a confident, proactive Sales Assistant to introduce customers to our fragrances, support our body mist launch and build strong relationships with Sephora teams.

The role

You’ll travel between stores, bringing energy to the floor and helping customers find their next favourite scent.

Your responsibilities will include
Delivering personalised fragrance consultations and driving sales.
Introducing customers to new launches through sampling and product demonstrations.
Building relationships with Sephora Beauty Advisors and sharing product knowledge.
Keeping testers, stock and displays looking their best.
Supporting in-store events, promotions and launch activity.
Reporting on sales, customer feedback and stock requirements.
Creating instore content for social media

About you
Experience in beauty, fragrance, fashion or premium retail.




Confident approaching customers and comfortable working towards sales targets.
A solid communicator who can build relationships with customers and store teams.
Organised, reliable and comfortable working independently across multiple locations.
Available to work across Sydney, including weekends and key promotional periods.
A genuine interest in WHO IS ELIJAH and the beauty industry.

Pay: $34.76 – $69.53 per hour

Expected hours: 20.0 – 38.0 per week
