People and Culture Limited is seeking a Rostering Specialist in Brisbane to develop and maintain employee rosters in line with agreements and legislation. You will partner with Payroll, Team Leaders, Area Leaders and People + Culture to support workforce planning and roster optimisation.

The role requires experience with rostering, payroll exposure, solid customer service and excellent stakeholder relationships.
