As a Chef, you will be responsible for the preparation and creation of delicious Indian and vegan dishes for our discerning customers. What you'll be doing
Prepare and cook a variety of Indian and vegan dishes to our high standards
Ensure all food is presented attractively and to our menu specifications
Maintain a clean and organised kitchen workplace
Assist with menu planning and development of new dishes
Comply with all health and safety regulations
Work collaboratively with the front-of-house team to provide an exceptional customer experience

What we're looking for
Relevant qualifications in commercial cookery or equivalent experience
Proven experience as a Chef in a similar restaurant setting
Excellent knowledge of Indian and vegan cuisine and ingredients
Strong attention to detail and ability to work well under pressure
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Passion for creating high-quality, flavourful dishes
