Role: Venetian Plasterer

Lusso Venetian Finishes is looking for a Venetian plasterer to join our team. We’re looking for someone who takes pride in their work and has a robust eye for detail.

About the role

You’ll work across a range of projects, preparing surfaces and applying Venetian plaster and other decorative finishes to a high standard.

Your responsibilities will include:
Preparing surfaces, including patching, sanding and priming
Mixing and applying Venetian plaster and decorative finishes
Producing consistent colours, textures and polished finishes
Protecting surrounding surfaces and keeping work areas and tools clean
Working with the team to meet project requirements and follow safe work practices

About you
Experience applying Venetian plaster or similar decorative finishes is preferred
Good surface preparation and finishing skills




Strong attention to detail and pride in your work
Reliable and able to work both independently and as part of a team
Positive communication and time management skills
Own tools
A current White Card
A current driver’s licence and vehicle
Full working rights in Australia and availability for full-time employment.
