AUSTRALIA HOTEL FREMANTLE is seeking an experienced Hotel Manager and Hotel Service Manager to lead our hotel operations in Fremantle, WA

Hotel Manager – Full Time

Key duties:
Oversee day-to-day hotel operations, including front office, housekeeping and F&B;
Recruit, train, roster and supervise staff
Manage budgets, pricing, occupancy and financial reporting
Ensure high standards of guest service and handle escalated complaints
Ensure compliance with health, safety and licensing requirements

Requirements:
Relevant qualification in Hospitality Management or equivalent
Minimum [2–3] years’ experience in a hotel management role
Solid leadership, communication and commercial skills

Salary: From $79,500 + super

Hotel Service Manager – Full Time

Key duties:
Coordinate front desk, reservations, housekeeping and guest service operations




Supervise and train service staff and prepare rosters
Monitor service quality and resolve guest issues promptly
Manage stock, supplies and service-related records
Assist the Hotel Manager with operational planning and reporting

Requirements:
Certificate IV / Diploma in Hospitality or equivalent
Minimum [1–2] years’ relevant experience in hotel or accommodation services
Excellent customer service and team supervision skills

Salary: From $79,500 + super
