Sorelle Kitchen & Eatery is a busy, locally loved cafe in Blaxland in the lower Blue Mountains. We also run Sorelle Boxed Catering and a recent pop-up in Penrith. We’re looking for a chef to join our small team who wants to keep cooking without the late nights.

Your role
Cooking breakfast and lunch service
Preparing boxed catering and event orders
Baking cakes, slices and savoury items
Prep, ordering and stock rotation
Keeping the kitchen clean and food-safety compliant
Working across our Blaxland cafe and Penrith pop-up

About you




Experience cooking in a cafe, restaurant, catering or similar kitchen
Calm and quick during busy service
Reliable, organised and a good team player
Food Safety Supervisor certificate, or willing to get one
Own transport to travel between Blaxland and Penrith

Bonus points for
Catering experience
Baking or pastry skills
Cert III or IV in Commercial Cookery
