We are currently seeking a dedicated and meticulous Housekeeper to join our dynamic team.

Job Description:
As a Housekeeper at The Mill Hotel, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests enjoy a clean, comfortable, and memorable stay. Your primary responsibility will be to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation throughout the hotel. This includes guest rooms, public areas, and other facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
Clean and tidy guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas according to hotel standards
Change bed linens, replace towels, and replenish guest amenities
Dust and polish furniture, fixtures, and fittings
Vacuum carpets, floors, and upholstery
Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate department
Ensure all cleaning equipment is used safely and effectively




Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor when interacting with guests
Adhere to hotel policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations

Qualifications:
Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience in a hotel or similar workplace preferred
Strong attention to detail and commitment to excellence
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Valuable time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks
Physical stamina and the ability to perform manual tasks
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not essential
