Events Specialist Required, High End Presentation for Banquests and Events !

About the role

Leading Events caterer and leading a small team, we are looking for a talented Head Chef to maintain and create high end events cuisine. As Head Chef, you will play a pivotal role in driving the culinary vision and delivering an exceptional dining experience for our guests. This is a full-time position

What you'll be doing
Lead and deliver consistently high-quality meals
Develop and implement creative, menus that showcase your culinary expertise
Ensure efficient kitchen operations and adherence to health and safety standards
Collaborate with the management team to optimise kitchen workflows and costs
Foster a positive, productive and engaged kitchen culture
Monitor food quality, presentation and portion control
Participate in procurement and inventory management

What we're looking for
Proven experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef with a reputable history
Strong background in contemporary Australian, French and Mediterranean cuisine
Excellent culinary skills, including food preparation, plating and presentation




Ability to lead, motivate and develop a kitchen team
Strong organisational and time management skills
Passion for using fresh, locally sourced ingredients
Commitment to upholding food safety and hygiene standards
