In this role, you will take ownership of daily line cooking, meal preparation, and maintaining consistent dish quality across busy service shifts. You will work closely with kitchen leadership to execute menu items efficiently, adhere to strict recipe standards, and maintain exceptional hygiene practices. The ideal candidate brings a strong work ethic, solid knife skills, and the stamina to thrive in a high-volume workplace.
