The role
Morning personal care and assistance with daily living in his home
Building daily living skills
Social and community support, helping him keep up his interests, commitments and connections around Avalon

You’ll work independently with him day to day, and as part of a supportive team. You won’t be micromanaged. Your responsibilities will be clearly outlined,



and his specific support needs will be shared with shortlisted candidates.

About him

We’re looking for the right person to support a friendly, sociable 33-year-old man who lives in Avalon. He loves music, has a outstanding sense of humour, and is kind and well connected, with solid relationships and lots of activities in his local community. Working with him is rewarding and genuinely life-enhancing.

Must haves
First Aid and CPR certificate
Current Australian driver’s licence
National Police Check
NDIS Worker Orientation Module
Own car (a bonus)
