Transparent Dental Group | 3–5 days per week | Monday to Friday

Clear Dental City is seeking a proactive, friendly and organised Chinese-speaking Dental Receptionist with at least one year of dental experience to join our supportive team.

Located close to Wynyard Station, our up-to-date, well-established practice offers a welcoming working environment, professional support and opportunities to develop your skills.

About the Role

You will play an important role in creating a positive patient experience while keeping the practice running smoothly. Your responsibilities will include:
Welcoming patients and managing phone and email enquiries.
Scheduling appointments and coordinating the appointment book.
Processing payments and maintaining accurate patient records.
Assisting with patient recalls and appointment confirmations.
Communicating with patients in English and Chinese.
Providing administrative support and occasional chairside assistance as required.

Work Schedule
3–5 days per week, Monday to Friday.
Training in our practice systems and procedures will be provided.

Essential Requirements
A minimum of one year of experience in a dental practice.
Conversational Chinese language skills sufficient to assist Chinese-speaking patients.




Strong English communication and customer service skills.
Reliable, responsible and punctual, with professional presentation.
Excellent organisation, attention to detail and time management.
Ability to prioritise tasks and remain calm in a busy practice.
A caring, confident and respectful approach to patients.
A proactive attitude and willingness to support your colleagues.

Previous dental reception experience will be highly regarded.
