We help people learn to start and grow e-commerce businesses. We want reliable, confident salespeople who like speaking with people and improving their skills.

WHO WE WANT
Someone with experience in insurance, telecommunications, banking, finance or a structured phone-sales contact centre
Someone who can follow a roster, meet call targets and respond well to coaching
We do not need someone with high-ticket closing experience; we want someone who is hungry to learn and improve
Someone who values kindness, accountability and coaching over sales hype

WHAT YOU WILL DO
Take booked consultations and live transfers from our appointment setters
Proactively call interested people, follow-ups and no-shows
Ask good questions and recommend our training only when suitable
Explain approved payment options and close sales honestly
Follow our sales process, update the CRM and attend paid coaching
Stay productive throughout your paid rostered hours

PAY AND WORKING HOURS
$75,000 base + super + uncapped commission
Proposed commission: 4% of eligible front-end cash, a small bonus per retained sale, and extra recognition for live-transfer sales (final schedule confirmed in writing)
Modelled strong performer OTE of $120K-$145K (not guaranteed)




38 paid hours per week (Sydney-time roster); optional weekend shifts with additional pay, approved separately

YOUR PERFORMANCE
After paid training and a gradual ramp, the goal is 10 retained front-end sales per productive week, where enough opportunities are provided
We also track call quality, follow-ups, HOT acceptance, and customer experience
