Blackman Recruitment Pty Ltd. seeks an experienced, full time Senior Baker for an award-winning bakery manufacturer in Australia. This hands-on role will oversee daily production, lead staff, and ensure strict food safety and WHS compliance while delivering quality bakery products.

You will plan weekly production schedules, train and motivate a team, manage stock, and support product development. Solid pastry/bread experience and HACCP knowledge are essential.
