Print Finishing Operator

Join our growing Digital Print & Mailing team at Finsbury Green.

Finsbury Green, a privately owned leader in print, managed services and logistics, is looking for a motivated and reliable individual to join our Digital Print & Mailing team.

We are seeking someone who enjoys hands-on work, thrives in a fast-paced production workplace and can adapt to changing priorities throughout the day.

In this role, you will contribute to the production and finishing of high-quality printed and mailing products, with a strong focus on quality, efficiency and meeting customer deadlines.

While previous experience in print finishing or a similar production environment would be advantageous, we also welcome applicants with transferable skills and a willingness to learn.

Above all, we are looking for someone with a positive attitude, a strong work ethic and a team-focused approach who will contribute to our continued success.

Key Responsibilities
Operate a range of digital print finishing equipment.
Perform finishing tasks including guillotining, folding, stitching and packing.
Maintain high standards of quality control throughout the production process.
Work collaboratively with the team to meet changing production demands and deadlines.
Maintain a clean,



safe and organised working environment.

About You
Self-motivated, reliable and able to work independently or as part of a team.
Strong attention to detail with a commitment to producing quality work.
Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to move between tasks as production priorities change.
Well-organised, with the ability to manage competing priorities in a quick-paced environment.
Mechanically minded, with a practical, hands-on approach to work.
A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills.

Skills & Experience
Previous experience in print finishing, printing or a similar manufacturing environment is preferred.
However, we welcome applications from mechanically minded individuals who demonstrate a robust work ethic and willingness to learn.

Desirable Skills
Basic computer literacy.
Previous experience in mailing or mail processing operations.
Experience operating other print finishing equipment.
