With multiple crews working across the state, this role is suited to a proven leader who thrives in rapid-paced, material-driven environments.

Key Responsibilities
Provide strategic and operational leadership across both business units.
Mentor and develop Project Managers, Supervisors, and operational staff to strengthen leadership capability.
Drive efficiency in planning, resource utilisation, and delivery.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients including Main Roads WA, Tier One contractors, local government, and subcontractors.
Ensure safe, timely, and high-quality project outcomes.
