An excellent prospect exists for an exceptional Assistant Service Advisor to join the team. We need an enthusiastic, highly motivated and results driven Assistant Service Advisor. We are not a high volume company, but do only deal in high-end vehicles.

The successful applicant will be responsible for the following duties:
Co-Ordinate Service Bookings and Pre-Delivery of New Vehicles.
Handle Warranty Claims from Recent Vehicle Customers.
Participate in Service and Parts Enquiries and follow up.
Sales of Retail Parts and Servicing.
Creating, costing and closing repair orders.
Liase with Admin Staff and Production Staff.
Liase with Senior Mechanic regarding Service Enquiries and Warranty Claims.
Inspection of Incoming New Vehicles.
Final Inspection of vehicles prior to delivery.
Maintaining a good working relationship with all departments.
Reporting as required.





This role is suited to someone with strong technical knowledge as well as the following attributes:
Advanced Computer Skills
Dealership Experience
Valid Australian Manual Driver's Licence
Strong proven ability to multitask.
Strong Customer Service skills.
Build relationships with the Service Team and Management.
Solid communicator who takes ownership of the customer journey.
Strong time management skills.
