Swaye Civil are a civil construction business located in South West Sydney specialising in bulk and detail earthworks. With a robust focus on innovation, sustainability and safety, we pride ourselves on delivering high quality outcomes for our clients and the communities we serve.

We require a Site Engineer to join our team in a full time role. You will play a crucial part in the successful delivery of our projects, ensuring the highest standards of safety, quality and efficiency are maintained throughout the construction process.

Key responsibilities for the role include:
Preparation and submission of site documentation.
Interpretation of architectural and engineering plans, drawings, specifications and designs.
Liaise with clients, contractors, site managers, suppliers and consultants.
Planning and co-ordinating on site activities.
Managing delivery of materials and equipment.
Assisting with safety compliance and quality management.
Track project milestones,



costing and forecasting.
Reviewing supplier invoices, preparing claims, dealing with purchase orders.

To be successful in securing this role you will have:
Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role in NSW
A Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
Knowledge of NSW safety compliance and quality management standards

Excellent attention to detail
Well-developed communication skills (written and verbal).
Excellent personal presentation
Current drivers licence
