We are seeking energetic, customer-focused Bar & Floor Staff who thrive in a fast-paced setting and genuinely enjoy delivering exceptional experiences.

The Role

You'll be an important part of creating the welcoming, vibrant atmosphere Oceane Hotel is known for.

Your responsibilities will include:
Delivering exceptional customer service with confidence and personality.
Preparing and serving beverages efficiently and accurately.
Taking food and beverage orders using our POS system.
Maintaining a clean, organised and well-presented venue.
Working collaboratively with our bar, kitchen and management teams.
Ensuring Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) compliance.




Creating memorable experiences that keep guests coming back.

The Ideal Team Member
Have previous experience in hospitality (preferred but not essential).
Have a current NSW RSA Certificate.
Have excellent communication skills.
Are reliable, punctual and well presented.
Can work efficiently under pressure.
Enjoy working as part of a skilled team.
Are available to work nights, weekends and public holidays.
Cocktail knowledge, wine experience and barista skills are highly regarded but not essential.
