As a Retail Assistant at Giant Chemist Harbour Town, you will be a key part of our energetic team in our store located in Harbour Town Premium Outlets Biggera Waters, Gold Coast. Queensland. This full time role will see you working at the heart of our retail operations, providing excellent customer service and support to our valued customers.
What you'll be doing
Greeting and assisting customers with professionalism and enthusiasm
Handling cash and card transactions accurately and efficiently
Restocking and merchandising products to maintain a neat and visually appealing store
Providing product knowledge and recommendations to customers
Collaborating with the team to ensure a smooth and seamless shopping experience
Adhering to company policies and procedures to maintain a safe and compliant store environment
What we're looking for
Previous experience in a customer-facing retail role, preferably within the pharmacy, supermarket or retail industry
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide excellent customer service
Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work accurately and efficiently
Flexibility and willingness to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and public holidays
A passion for the retail industry and a desire to contribute to the success of the business
