Seeking Sous Chef Position - 40 Hours per week - $80k Annual Salary plus Super - Must work Weekends - Must have experience in Industry and provide references.

Candidate will have the ability to work in a busy family owned cafe / restaurant.

Assist in Kitchen Operation, Manage Food Preparation and Quality, Control Stock and Ordering and ensure High Food Safety Standards are Maintained.
