Position Overview:
We are looking for a professional, enthusiastic, and customer-focused Guest Service Agent to join our front office team. In this role, you will be the face of the hotel, ensuring every guest receives a warm welcome and a seamless stay from arrival to departure.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide a friendly and efficient check-in and check-out experience
Greet guests warmly and assist with inquiries, requests, and special needs
Manage reservations, room assignments, and billing accurately
Handle phone calls, emails, and online bookings professionally
Resolve guest concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction
Maintain knowledge of hotel services, promotions, and local attractions
Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure room readiness
Uphold hotel policies, procedures, and brand standards

Requirements:




Previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
Experience using Room Master or similar property management systems
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Ability to work in a quick-paced setting and handle multiple tasks
Professional presentation and a positive, can-do attitude
Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
