Brooksight are seeking motivated General Insurance Investigators with a skilled work ethic to conduct motor and property investigations in Melbourne.
Investigators who hold a current Private Security licence and have Investigation and Interviewing experience should apply. We are seeking General Insurance Investigators only for casual and contract positions.
Skills and Experience Required.
The primary requirements of the available positions are;
Private Security Individual Licence - Victoria
Certificate III in Investigative Services
Previous investigation experience (Insurance, Police, Government) or Insurance claims experience
Demonstrated interviewing skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to understand and explain issues in writing and verbally
Ability to analyse, review and report on matters in a timely and effective manner
Ability to work to deadlines
Work in a structured manner and provide outstanding service to clients
Strong negotiation skills
Current driver’s licence
