What You'll Be Doing
Prepare, cook and serve meals in line with menu and dietary requirements
Follow food safety, hygiene and workplace health procedures
Maintain food safety documentation and compliance standards




Manage stock control and stock rotation
Support efficient kitchen operations and minimise waste
Contribute to a positive dining experience for residents

What You'll Bring
Certificate III in Commercial Cookery (mandatory)
Qualified Chef with previous commercial cooking experience
Robust understanding of food hygiene and food safety practices
Excellent organisation and time management skills
Ability to work independently and within a team setting
National Police Check (or willingness to obtain one)
Availability to work both Saturday and Sunday
